The most important thing you should do before booking your trip with us is to read our terms and conditions cautiously. If you make a booking, you will be deemed to have accepted these conditions for all the clients booked in the reservation form.
This includes our relationship with our client Glorify Himalayas Travel and Treks Pvt. Ltd., referred hereafter as “The Company”, registered under number ……………………….. Any disputes during this travel are subject to the stipulated terms and conditions.
We shall communicate your confirmed reservation in writing after receiving your deposit payment. Please check all confirmation details carefully and immediately let us know if something is wrong or missing. Ensure that your reservation’s names correspond with those on your passport.
If you intend to reserve for another participant, then you are their contact person who will be responsible for payment and changes or cancellations that may be required. Inform us about any adjustments immediately and continuously keep everyone informed.
Get permission from anyone whose name appears on this list before making any bookings for them; and also give us factual details only when doing so because we are not responsible for errors of typing or spelling mistakes in your booking details: You need to crosscheck all data furnished by you beforehand.
On our official website, you can book any trip or activity like hikes, excursions, expeditions, and other adventure programs …………………….. which is referred to as “trips”.
We will only have a binding contract with you once we send you our confirmation invoice or email. If your booking has not been confirmed yet, we may change the price of the trip.
The company does not make any other warranties, agreements, service descriptions, or terms besides those stated here.
For Nepal trips, you should deposit 10% cost of the trip prior. Once you have determined your trip’s date and booked it, the exact cost of the deposit will be automatically calculated for you. The rest is due on arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal before starting your trekking holiday.
We will send you an e-mail with a payment link for the deposit as well as instructions on how to pay for custom-made programs.
For trips in Tibet and Bhutan, the final payment is made when you are in Nepal just before the journey sets on. Keep in mind that an extra 4% must be added on top of the usual service charge.
Payment Methods:
Use Bank transfers, credit cards (Visas, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay), and money transfers with Western Union for booking deposits.
Payment by Credit Card:
We accept including MasterCard, Visa Card, Union Pay, and American Express. Once you have filled in your details during the booking process you are then directed to the payment portal.

Please note that we cannot be accountable for a delay or loss during the transfer. In case, we receive less money than what was sent due to intermediary banks or any other reasons, upon your arrival please add the remaining part of it so that the total amount matches with product cost.
Once you have initiated the transfer; kindly email us the bank reference number or remittance slips. Occasionally banks may send money under a different name and this information would assist us in quickly confirming receipt of payment.
Pay in cash or by credit card when you visit Nepal before the trip starts for Trekking or Any trips in Nepal.
Note: You will be charged a further 4% as a bank processing fee if you pay through a visa card. Bring cash (USD or any other convertible foreign currency) for your final payment to avoid this extra cost.
For trips in Tibet and Bhutan, the final payment is made when you visit Nepal and before the trip sets on. Pay via bank transfer or through credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Remember that there is an additional 4% charge on top of the usual service charge.
Note: We accept last-minute reservations for Nepal trips up to 1 day before the tour starts, and up to 10 days before the tour date for Bhutan and Tibet trips depending on availability. In such cases, full payment is needed to secure your booking.
To cancel a trip, you should give in writing. The cancellation fee is based on when we receive your request.
In case you decide to end a tour after it has commenced, whatever occasion or cause that may have arisen, we shall not refund any unused hotel accommodation, services; ground transportation or sightseeing, or meals.
If you change your mind about going on a trip after booking it by paying the deposit and wish to reschedule it within five years of this trip’s later departure date with similar or related programs at our discretion. A charge of $50 per person should be assessed as well as any additional costs associated with your rebooking. The deposit remains valid for five years from its day of making.
Glorify Himalayas Travel and Treks Pvt. Ltd. holds absolute rights to cancel any trip even if it is guaranteed just before its commencement due to uncontrollable situations such as weather conditions, natural calamities, flight delays/cancellations/reschedules, etc., strikes or wars, epidemics outbreaks/quarantine/isolation or other unfavorable circumstances.
We will refund the sum you paid in such cases, taking 10% off for Nepal tours and 50% for Bhutan and Tibet ones to cover the costs of preparation.
In case we decide to cancel a trip in progress because of unforeseen circumstances, you will be reimbursed with your money after deducting what was already spent on things like transportation, accommodation, sightseeing trips, meals, etc.
One passport valid for half a year from the day of return is required for each customer. When going to Nepal visa can also be obtained from Nepalese Embassies or Consulates in your country or at Kathmandu International Airport upon arrival immediately. Kindly see the Department of Immigration website.
In case there are any complaints during the tour, please report them immediately to the tour operator, leader, or guide who will address them directly or pass them on to the relevant authorities concerned.
We try our best services as well as take seriously our obligations so that we can have a safe and successful trip. However, Glorify Himalayas Travel and Treks Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates cannot be held responsible if circumstances beyond our control such as government restrictions, natural disasters (landslides, road blockages, floods, snow), political unrest, flight delays or cancellations, sicknesses or accidents cause changes in the itinerary Some of our trips involve adventure activities and inherent risks hence you do accept personal risk for any damages which may occur including injuries or death.
Whilst traveling with us your pictures may be taken by the photographer(s) of ours’, guides, etc. These are used by us as materials for advertising on our website as well as social media platforms. If anyone finds their image in these photos or online videos uncomfortable kindly inform us so we may remove them.
